I thoroughly enjoyed using the Chalo app and I appreciate the innovative approach they have taken to address a certain problem. However, I have noticed some areas for improvement in terms of user experience, such as:
🌼 The difficulty in changing the city of travel, as it requires reaching the profile.
🌼 The inconvenience in changing the bus stop of choice.
🌼 The need for users to be informed more about the benefits of purchasing tickets and passes from Chalo.
To make it more user-friendly, I made the following suggestions:
🌼 I added a clickable city information for easy selection.
🌼 I made the bus stop selection process more convenient.
🌼 I provided more information to users about the benefits of purchasing tickets and passes from Chalo. (Created a Pass/Ticket illustration)
🌼 I added 'From' and 'To' inputs for a clearer user experience.
🌼 Finally, I added a clear call-to-action to guide users.
